Besler Security Cameras are viewable by Besler residents who have the proper username and password. Username is the power drive of the airplane pictured on the first floor of the building. The password is the front door entry code that you use at the security panel to enter the building.
The webmaster for this server for now is kee located in unit 208 or chris in 119. The server is at the besler building and chris also has all the access details.
